Lose weight effectively and quickly? Impossible without water and minerals!

 

 

Anyone who tries to lose a large amount of weight in the shortest possible time without ensuring a sufficient supply of water and minerals will fail hopelessly!


Why are minerals and water so important for health, and especially for losing weight?

 

 

  • Water has three properties that are very important for health and weight-loss.

 

  1. Only when you have consumed enough water does the blood have the necessary thinness, so that the nutrients contained in it, such as vitamins, minerals, oxygen, etc., can be transported throughout the entire body to every last region and cell! Only then can a normal blood circulation be guaranteed!

     
  2. In addition to oxygen and the nutrients already mentioned on other pages, water is absolutely essential for the citrate cycle and the respiratory chain of the body and thus for the normal functioning of the metabolism as well as for efficient and fast energy production from carbohydrates, proteins, and of course also fats!

 

 

 

The last point is the absorption capacity of water!

 

 
  1. Only if there is enough unsaturated water—i.e. water without additives —in the body can the body transport vital nutrients to the cells and, more importantly, the metabolic end products such as acids, toxins, and dead tissue from the cell and the surrounding connective tissue to the detoxifying organs such as kidneys, liver, and intestines and finally excrete them

    This enables the body to eliminate disruptive and harmful substances on a large scale, to counter the risk of slowing down as far as even weight-loss plateau.                                                                                                                                                                These pollutants or slags are the main cause of weight-loss plateau, which is why weight-loss almost comes to a standstill with time when dieting and losing weight!

But why do acids and toxins accumulate in the body at all?

 

This is because the body is naturally equipped with a very high level of resistance and therefore always endeavors to guarantee—even despite a risky or bad way of life or with moderate to severe impairment—to pass "safely" through life (without perishing prematurely in the circumstances).

 

If the body were to not keep in check the toxins and acids with a sophisticated protective system, we would all perish quite quickly.

 

In addition, acids are formed both directly from the cell metabolism activity itself and from the added acidic food items such as the tannic acids in coffee, purinic acids in meat, or the gladly drunk cola with its phosphoric acids.


 

For these reasons, a slow decrease in weight would normally be very important in order to prevent the body from being flooded with an excess toxins and acids.

 

This flood of toxins and acids is responsible for, apart from the calorie and the carbohydrate deficit, the many symptoms that one experiences as soon as one starts following a diet!

 

These would be, among other things:

 

General weakness, increased irritability, dizziness, lack of drive, and listlessness.

 

Since the released toxins and acids strongly restrict the enzymes in the mitochondria in the cells in their work, one temporarily feels an increased lack of energy (more precisely: the toxins block and temporarily inhibit the metabolic processes).

 

Toxic substances tend to act as enzyme blockages in nature!

 

Acids, on the other hand, change the environment in the cells from the natural alkaline state to a low pH value—the enzymes in the mitochondria react very sensitively to this since they require a certain high pH value in order to be able to work quickly enough!

 

So, if there are too many acids in the cells and mitochondria, the mitochondria work much more slowly and thus produce less energy than they would originally do!

Generally speaking, the heart has less energy and can therefore beat less strongly than would otherwise be the case, since the added carbohydrates and calories are missing and because the released toxins and acids, as already described, can reduce the energy production considerably.

 

⦁ Headache and general pain throughout the body are possible.

 

 

The released toxins and acids not only cause a lower energy level, these substances—as their names suggest—are also very harmful and corrosive (pro-inflammatory) for the body!

 

These inflammations are responsible for the common headaches during a diet or fasting cure!

 

  • In addition, these released toxins and acids are also responsible for the dreaded "symptom" for all those who are willing to lose weight: weight-loss plateau.
     

Anyone who really wants to lose weight knows and hates it!

 

At the beginning, everything runs according to your own imagination and satisfaction, but after a short time (depending on the individual, 2–3 days to several weeks) the weight remains constant or rises suddenly—shock! What's going on? You’re still sticking to the fixed diet plan, but suddenly nothing happens anymore and the weight even increases!

 

As already described above, the released toxins and acids are mainly responsible for this!

As described above, sufficient unsaturated water (i.e. still water) is needed for vitality of the body as well as for the ability of the body to transport fats, sugars, nutrients, etc. to the cell as well as to remove the end products of fat-burning or sugar-burning, such as toxins and acids, from the body.

 

For this, however, the body does not only need sufficient unsaturated water, because water alone can only detach and transport neutralized and water-soluble (or bound poisons and heavy metals) from the cells and connective tissue.

 

In order for the body to be able to neutralize acids in the first place and to bind toxins, it absolutely needs a continuous supply of sufficiently basic ionized minerals! *.

 

These—in combination with water—make it possible to both detoxify and deacidify the body!

 

Only these positively charged minerals have the property to neutralize the negatively charged acids through electron exchange as well to bind heavy metals and toxins to transform them into a harmless and water-soluble form.


And only when the toxins are present in water-soluble forms is the body able to excrete these toxins with sufficient water from the body (hence the name)! :)

 

This is a very effective way to prevent toxins and acids from causing damage or metabolic inhibitions. Thus, a weight-loss plateau is strongly counteracted! Instead, effective weight-loss is enabled from the very beginning with constant basal metabolic rate!

What should also be mentioned is that the ionized basic minerals have four very positive indirect effects on weight and general fat burning!

 
 

The problem is that the mentioned acids do not only trigger the aforementioned circumstances. These acids can accumulate so strongly in the cells that they not only cause pH changes, but also flood them.


This means that acids and toxins not only accumulate in the cell over time, they can become so abundant that they have to be deposited around the cell and thus additionally cause diseases!

 

 

  1. This forms a so-called "acid mantle,” which moderately to severely restricts the normal nutrient supply of the cell with oxygen, micronutrients, etc., which in turn reduces the basal metabolic rate of the body's calories!

    They accomplish this by exchanging messenger substances with one another in order to do the respective necessary metabolic process, such as digestion, adrenaline release in a shock reaction, or also completely simply in case of the energy bottleneck (e.g. with a diet or with strenuous sweat-inducing sport) to open the fat deposits and access them!

    However, if the cells are encased in an acid mantle, they can only communicate with one another very slowly and to a limited extent; therefore, access to the fat deposits is also more restricted than it would normally be.

 

  1. What should also be known to many people is that water retention takes place in the body. However, many of us just don't know why this happens. Here too, the acids are the main cause of this annoying problem!

     

    This means that these acids—as the name suggests—are corrosive and cause inflammation as well general harm to the body. The body is forced to dilute these acids through the accumulation of tissue water/cellular water, to ensure that the harmful effect is still bearable and the inflammations are less severe than they would be without the accumulation of water!

Of course, it is also possible to lose weight without drinking enough and without long-term focus on the intake of mineral-containing foods or supplements, However, the whole weight-loss process would be much slower.

 

After a certain period of time (days or weeks), this would result in an increasingly restricted and fluctuating metabolism, as the relationship between pollutant excretion and energy production—especially in case of very rapid weight-loss—is no longer given.

 

In addition, the body would be forced to access its own mineral stores, e.g. its own
bones, which, in the worst case, could lead to the risk of osteoporosis over a long period of time.
 

Even if the body were to follow this method and cause osteoporosis, it is important to know that the body can only use ionized basic minerals for its cell function, detoxification, and deacidification—both within and outside the cells.

 

Since the minerals present in the body's own stores are not in this form, the body has to take 600 times as much time with complex mechanisms and must also consume a considerable amount of its own energy in order to be able to charge and use the minerals in a positive way. If directly ionized base minerals were available to it, they could be used immediately!

 

 

In addition, it would also be advisable to add sodium bicarbonate, which has an even greater alkaline charge than basic minerals!

 

However, one should not abstain from consuming minerals, as sodium does not excrete toxins and the minerals themselves also act as catalysts for the enzymes, which are necessary for the complete metabolism (hormone production, etc.) as well as for the energy production itself.

 

The additional intake of sodium bicarbonate is mainly used to accelerate the de-acidification process and to store minerals and use them directly for metabolism.
