Slow metabolism? - The solution!

It is often assumed that hormones or genes are responsible for the lame metabolism, but this is often only indirectly the case. Rather, it is a chronic undersupply of vitamins, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals that lead to it!

This is because both the hormone-producing glands in the body, such as the thyroid gland, and the chromosomes that process/read the DNA/genes are absolutely dependent on a constant supply of cofactors such as vitamins, minerals, etc.

In order to understand the necessity of a sufficient amount of micronutrients—especially vitamins B, water-soluble Omega 3 & Q10, and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and vitamin C—both for the correct functioning of the hormone glands and the entire metabolism of the body, in order to achieve an optimal and above all smooth basal metabolic rate/calorie consumption, you should read this page very carefully.

So, how exactly do the aforementioned micronutrients and the additional combination with pepper—depending on the dosage—help to bring the metabolism back to its original optimal state and then to increase it perceptibly or considerably?

With black pepper, you can use a very valuable mechanism from nature.

That's how pepper causes an overstimulation of the nerves, which is why even minimal amounts in the nose give you a burning sensation and you have to sneeze! Therefore, pepper is an ideal spice to increase the metabolism—depending on the amount—strongly to considerably!

But why exactly?

This overstimulation is interpreted by the body as a kind of pain, which is why it reacts in exactly the same way and sends a certain messenger substance to the overexcited nerves— Endorphins!

These endorphins have the absolutely desirable property of indirectly increasing the metabolism strongly to considerably, depending on the amount of pepper/released endorphins!

These endorphins increase the activity of the adrenal glands, and those adrenal glands have it in them!

Due to the increased activity or stimulation of the adrenal glands, all three aforementioned hormones are released to a higher extent.

Adrenaline: adrenalin leads above all to an increased cardiac activity and thus indirectly to an increased and faster basal metabolic rate (which makes itself noticeable through warmth and sweating).

Noradrenaline: Noradrenaline activates the sympathetic nervous system, whereupon the body is directed to mobilize its energy reserves and to switch all organs and cells to "active,” which in turn leads to an indirect increase of the basal metabolic rate!

Cortisone: Many people do not know that one of the main functions of cortisone is to enable the thyroid gland to turn iodine and other nutrients into vital thyroid hormones.... If the cortisone level is too low, this automatically causes a hypofunction of the thyroid gland.

On the other hand, the elevated cortisone level automatically increases the availability of the hormone triiodothyronine (T3). (No worries about a pathological overreaction of the thyroid gland—the body works in a cleverly devised system, which is why it breaks down too much T3 in a few seconds!

The T3 has a really very strong effect on the entire body and its metabolism/basal metabolic rate and thus also on its calorie consumption!

The T3 works like a gas pedal in a car.

The more T3 circulates in the blood, the more the body accelerates! The enzymes present in the mitochondria are stimulated moderately to strongly by the increased amount of T3 and their working speed increases strongly to considerably, depending on how much T3 is present.

As a result, fats and sugars are burned in the cells—much more than would normally be the case! (This is particularly evident from an increased feeling of heat, which can even lead to sweating). :)

....So, you can see what valuable benefits pepper has for slimming!

But how do the aforementioned micronutrients help now to lose weight very quickly and with very few side effects?

While pepper offers the possibility to increase the metabolism by pepper, the human body is no machine and therefore cannot maintain this increase (regardless of what caused it) without consequences.

Sooner or later, the reserves of micronutrients (minerals, vitamin C, but above all vitamins B and omega-3/6/9 fatty acids and thus also the supply of fat-soluble vitamins) will sooner or later—depending on the individual constitution—run out!

But why?

This is because the body can only store fat-soluble vitamins (with the exception of vitamin B12) in fajavascript:void(0)tty tissue and the liver!

The other micronutrients—vitamin C, vitamins B, and Omega 3/6/9 (unsaturated) fatty acids—can initially be stored by the body to a large extent (usually for approx. six hours), but after that, only small amounts remain in the body.

Furthermore, with a falling mirror, the micronutrients are mainly used for vital processes to maintain them!

From this point on, a sufficiently high energy production from fats and/or carbohydrates becomes impossible. The body throttles the energy supply and gives away micronutrients needed for metabolism very sparingly.

This is why the physiologically normal metabolic functions and energy production from calories and fats are of secondary importance.

As a result, fat-burning is gradually reduced by an ever-increasing deficit of these micronutrients.

For these reasons, these micronutrients have to be consumed every day!

Hence, if you are on a diet and increase your metabolism at the same time (depending on the amount of pepper added), on the one hand significantly less vitamins and fatty acids are absorbed from your food, but on the other hand the consumption of the nutrients is strongly increased!

This is why the body quickly reaches its limits when you try to lose weight quickly via exercise, sport, a "push," etc. and requires the simultaneous reduction of calories in the form of a diet.

This means that losing weight very quickly through high calorie savings simply does not work.

After a short time, the metabolism simply lacks the micronutrients needed to ensure constant and optimal fat-burning

As the metabolism deteriorates over time, the symptoms and phenomena with which many overweight people are already familiar return.

These symptoms include weight-loss plateaus, an ever-increasing appetite for hearty (fatty) and sweet food, and general physical symptoms such as severe decrease in energy level/performance, circulatory problems, dizziness, confusion, increased anxiety, and general nervous instability (increased susceptibility to stress, nervousness, discomfort, etc.).

It should not be forgotten that vitamins and oils do not simply eliminate the deficiency in metabolism during a diet.

Through a consistent and sufficient supply of highly active and easily absorbable micronutrients, the body is additionally able to directly absorb and burn energy from the food in a much larger amount without having to store it in fat deposits as well as during a diet much easier to access his fat dumps to a much greater extent (by a strong reduction of the acid-blockades) and therefor the Fats much simpler fetcheing out and burnt.

(here I had described more about it).

This greatly increases the basal metabolic rate of calories and fat-burning in addition to the pepper effect!

Only then can the calorie turnover of what nutritionists have calculated as the mean value for men/women in relation to kg (e.g. men = 286.60 lb. [130 kg], women = 286.60 lb. [130 kg]) and body size (e.g. men = 6’0” [182 cm], women = 5’7” [170 cm] be achieved.

So, for men, approx. 2300–2400 calories per day and for women, approx. 2000–2100 calories per day are required.

Therefore, assuming that a woman with the aforementioned body weight of 286.60 lb. [130 kg] does not have a complete supply of nutrients and therefore has an under-average basal metabolic rate of 1100–1400 calories per day, she can increase this by 700–900 calories per day with only the help of supplements! Only with this mechanism, you can achieve a weight-loss of 2.2 lb. [1 kg] per week!).

approximately 1000 - 1200 calories and the consumption of calories - as an example, for women - of 2000 or 2100 calories (by ensuring a smooth metabolism) results this in an average total calorie consumption from your own fat deposits of 1110 per day.

Combine this with pepper and curcuma intake and you will achieve the average insane consumption of up to 2300 calories or more—to a large extent from your own fat deposits—per day!

The total calorie consumption can be even higher because every woman or man shows a different constitution (body size, muscle percentage, fat percentage).

In addition, the performance turnover* is not included in this balance sheet, but with which the Kcal consumption increases even more and thus an average weight-loss of 0.9 lb. [420 gram] to 1.1 lb. [500 gram] per day can be recorded! :)

(*by this I mean the calories that are used and burned during any mental or physical activity [and stress] during the day.)

....Thus, a sufficient supply of vitamins and the like is absolutely necessary for normalizing the metabolism and drastically increasing the basal metabolic rate and calorie consumption of the body and thus losing the overweight both efficiently and permanently without risking a metabolic reduction or a yo-yo effect.

In addition, I will not only explain why, but also how the body uses vitamins, minerals and co. to produce energy with the combination of fats, sugars and proteins!

To understand this, one must first get to know the mitochondria that exist in every living organism.

These so-called mitochondria are nothing more than a specially developed species of bacteria.

These bacteria-like organelles give every living being on this planet only in a symbiosis (connection with the respective body cells) as well as synergetic metabolic processes, anaerobic metabolism (oxygen-independent metabolism) as well as aerobic metabolism (oxygen-dependent metabolism) ultimately for itself as well as for the respective owner (human, cat, cow, dog, plant, etc.) to enable a life or long-term functioning survival! :).

However, one should know that the anaerobic metabolism acts as a kind of emergency aggregate in human body cells.

This is because this state is only ever brought about by the body when it lacks the necessary micronutrients (including oxygen!) for aerobe metabolism to produce energy.

And this results in 2 problems.

1. the energy production from the oxygen-independent metabolism is 20 times smaller, because the electric charge is much smaller in this metabolism than the other way round.

2. because the necessary micronutrients are missing, the enzymes in the mitochondrion have to use the sugar molecules in a different way and start to ferment them!

And as many should know, fermentation produces a lot of acids and toxins.

Therefore, it may well be possible that "only" a long-term undersupply of micronutrients, over a very long period of months to many years, creates a real acid mantle/poison barrier around the cells. - Here more about the acid barrier.

... and this even if you add all the necessary substances to your body, which it needs for the correct calorie utilization or energy production!

Therefore one should, with the desire to achieve more vitality, health and evenly above average calorie consumption as well as energy production, the removal of these harmful materials the first measure should represent, which should be accomplished! - I have described here why ionized basic minerals, among other things, are needed.

As you can see, we are - as with intestinal bacteria - dependent on these co-existing creatures in us and it is only thanks to them that we have enough life force and energy to be able to survive for life as well as for a long period of time :).

These mitochondria are the ones who, through their two metabolic processes, obtain and consume the energy we need in the form of calories from food, but above all from their own fat deposits!

_______________

Some more information about healthy, normal oxygen-dependent metabolism:

The first metabolism is called the citrate cycle and begins even before entering the mitochondrial membrane. There, with the help of vitamin B 12 as well as the entire B complex, copper, magnesium & endogenous alpha-lipoic acid, the sugar is converted into pyruvate and then again converted into acetyl-CoA with the help of the already mentioned nutrients.

The same happened with the fatty acids. However, these only need L-carnitine(*) to pass through the mitochondrial membrane and are also converted into acetyl-coa together with Q10, B-complex, copper, magnesium and L-carnitine ...

If sufficient acetyl-coa is formed, the body converts this substance in combination with vitamin B1, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin K, Q10, magnesium, alpha lipoic acid, glutathione and L-carnitine into the final energy carrier substance NADH ...

If there is enough NADH available, the body only needs sufficient oxygen, water, vitamin C, Q10, magnesium, phosphorus and D-ribose to finally produce the energy currency for the body - the ATP (adenosine triphosphate) - from NADH ...this ATP is what makes every cell and every person alive and a high vitality as well as a high fat burning possible.

*L-Carnitine is absolutely necessary to transport stored fat to the mitochondria where it can be burned.

And often the body's own production of this substance is insufficient due to a lack of necessary cofactors (vitamins, proteins, minerals) for its production.

Would it normally be necessary - especially when losing weight quickly - to add this externally via a dietary supplement.

... since this special diet method is intended to supply itself comprehensively with micronutrients, as well as to consume more protein/protein - according to my own experience and knowledge - a sufficient L-carnitine production should be given!
